Process was great until closing. We did not have final numbers or the loan documents until the day of closing. Very frustrating for my clients to not have final numbers ahead of time and to be able to review the statement prior to arrival. Brandon was great however the closing department dropped the ball

Taylor helped us get the house we wanted. My wife did most of the communicating with her necessary to complete the process

For us we had a major blip in what we would be approved for. We were told all along we were able to go off a contingent offer if we needed and turns out we actually weren't able to when we asked about closing early. Luckily we didn't HAVE to close early but this was concerning as we were assured all along that if we all of a sudden needed to go non contingent, we would be good.

I think that the information was given at bad time. They should have been presented earlier in the transaction. The Loan Officer was very patient and I think he worked with what information he was given on both sides of the transaction. But I would recommend Ron Dorko again.

Andrew was really great to work with. However, working with our loan processor Jem was not a great experience. We had sent all of the documents requested from the processor the evening she requested it. One of the reasons we picked NAF was the ability to close quickly. We had a tight deadline so we provided all docs and information as quickly as possible. After not hearing from her (or anyone from NAF) for 3 days, we discovered that Andrew was out of the office and it didn't seem like anyone was tracking the status of our loan. Luckily our realtor reached out and Jem called us asking us a number of questions we answered in the previously sent documents. She stated that she never received any documents so we resent them. Afterwards, it was discovered that she missed the attachments in the initial email. The next few days were a stressful and frustrating back and forth to ensure everything was still on track to close on time. She would ask for one item per time that we would provide without any detail or explanation of the exact thing she needed. I ended up needing to call my insurance company 3 separate times to get forms when we would have appreciated just knowing all the documents she needed up front. 5 days before closing she called us to inform that she was busy with other loans and we weren't her only clients and she didn't appreciate us reaching out to her to check on the document status. Unfortunately, this experience was not great and contributed much more stress than it needed to be for first time homebuyers.
