Honestly this loan is too expensive to have the mishaps we had down the stretch. Eric’s communications were great during early stages of the process. He became indecisive which left me stressed out without communication until 3 hours until closing. Also Eric did not have solutions when he called with an issue and never suggested how sending my closing costs to the WRONG attorney. I was left at the mercy of the seller which made me uncomfortable. A proud moment was ruined without compensation.

First, the process of refinance took way too long, almost 2 1/2 months to close. Second, I never knew who to call when I wanted an update. A single point of contact should have been established. Lastly, I was given an estimate of closing costs that was not honored at the actual closing. The original estimate showed a credit to offset the lender fees and I was charged points that was never part of the estimates. I brought this up both times and never got any answers. Frank

File closed late after 2 extensions. Jody did not communicate well with me and on closing day, she would not answer my calls when I saw it wasn't closing.
