Well, why would a payoff be sent to me instead of creditor. That is a HUGE mistake and no one cares enough to call me. This check need to get to creditor ASAP. Yes, I am accruing INTEREST. Time is MONEY!!! Wow, never had this to happen before!!

Seems that I was passed back and forth to different people in the office that didn’t communicate with each other when I let them know information that was requested by different folks. There was also issues on getting the corrected information on the forms. Lastly, I feel like I was given incorrect information about the rates dropping when I was watching them come down. I could’ve gotten a better rate, but my loan officer just said it was the same rate, not really worrying about what rate I got.
