A lot of mistakes were made on our paperwork that were very frustrating and I felt like as a 1st time home buyer, I needed more of a leader in explaining timelines and deadlines and understanding what exactly was needed. I also felt like Tressa had a lot on her plate so she was not as available to me.

Lacked communication during the very end of the buying process and provided false promises/information leaving the buyer stressed about even being able to close. Worst 1st Home Buying experience.

should not have taken two months to secure a loan with excellent credit rating--lack of communication on who would be contacting us and when--loss of privacy once the loan process started as we started getting unsolicited phone calls at our residence to the tune of 8 to 9 calls per day--no consistency in when we would be contacted and by whom.

Pay more attention to the facts. I a lot of issues could gave been avoided had some of the paperwork been sent out before deployment of the soo. To be ex spouse. Other lenders were ging to do that. The only reason I stayed with American funding is because I had already paid money I wasn't going to get back that I would have to pay again with a new lender.

Better communication and personnel knowing what they are talking about before they tell the customer inaccurate information. Requesting multiple documents that have already been sent multiple times to same people and departments.

The lender promises one thing to the buyer and And at the end of the closing they have promised them $200 for the closing cost and then he came out to $1200 major error it started from the beginning offering them conventional with a bond money and then it switched over to FHA buyer did not know which way to go it was really unpleasant hard to reach the lender if it would’ve been in for Damion in the processing department that help the buyer and myself to close this loan it was a very bad experi

You sold my loan barely a week after closing after touting how you keep 95% of loans. You sold my PRIVATE address information, to which only New American Funding had access. I'm getting more spam mail than ever. Had to extend the closing date twice due to errors on YOUR part. I was told to sign documents with erroneous numbers. I was literally told "You ask too many questions" by manager! I ask too many questions? About a large $ 30 year contract? Worst experience ever. DO NOT do business with.
