For a fully online mortgage application, more communication is needed. Your agents need to provide a better service of answering questions and making the process easy. The communication provided was minimal. The documentation from the title company and notary was sloppy. Many times during the four month mortgage process, I considered going elsewhere for my refi. If you plan to continue with fully online, you need to better train your agents and provide exceptional customer service.

After 60 days we were still in step 2 of the 5 step loan process (very disturbing). Poor communication between the loan processors/underwriters and loan consultant. I brought the lack of progress to the loan consultant, she discovered the underwriter kicked the loan because it lacked some info the processors never requested from me. Overall the loan took more that 90 days to close, though we more than qualified (income, 800+ credit score, LTV, net worth). I give this company a 4 out of 10.

We had to keep asking the status of our loan. Then after a week and three attempts to sign when we finally get to the signing we find out we need to wire 1500 instead of receive 1200 cash back from the last lending disclosure. We will never stray away from a bank for a mortgage again. Couldn't have been a worse experience.

Had issues with incomplete answers to emails and redundent paperwork. When we ask 4 questions we don't want the answer to just one.
