Quite a few things that my wife and I experienced that left us with negative thoughts about ever using this service again. 1. We have two loans ( 1 for the home and 1 for the down payment that was requested to be included at the beginning of all of this within the one loan......) This should've been involved in one loan all together. We explained that clearly in the beginning of all of this. 2. We had to point out mistakes in the contracts several times before completing the process. 3. We were asked to present documentation for things we had already turned into the consultant. 4. We were led to believe things were going smoothly when they were not handled adequately during the process. We had an embarrassing moment at the closing office when the money wasn't ready for the seller. The seller had to take another day of time to return to the closing office to collect their money. The closing Attorney made a statement that fits this whole situation clearly. He said, "This was the most unpleasant experience he had dealing with a mortgage company in decades of handling this business." We had to make 2 trips to the attorney's office to fill out documents that should've been ready the day of closing. There wasn't a simple way to do anything throughout this whole experience. We hope this never has to happen again.

A price hidden in my paperwork that i signed stating I had to pay 2,000$ for a certain interest rate that was being given to me at such a good rate. Let me know before you put it in the paperwork. Don’t try and hide it. For that I will never refer anybody.

Robert was great to work with personally, but disappeared without a trace on our initial day of closing. A substitute, Melanie, filled in and seemed to not know anything about our purchase, which lead to additional delays and stress. The only reason we completed the deal was due to support from our real estate agent.

Eddie was fine it was the underwriter that waited until the day before closing to ask for information that was previously sent. It got to s point that my financial adviser refused to talk to or respond to emails.

follow up and calling back. had a difficult time getting info, i received information by the seller rather than by the lender. it seemed like lender was working more wit the realtor rather than me.

Some of our questions were not answered. Some of our emails (with questions that we still need answered) were not returned. We were charged a fee to extend - the extension was not due to our fault. We were told there was a lien against our property, when in reality, there was not - this should have been researched before causing us great alarm.
