Had a bad experience eith the loan process. Took very long and i received so many different loan disclosure eith different numbers that nobody can explain. Coming from getting moner back to put over $3000 in closing cost

Although the rate was great, there were multiple thing along the way that were unpleasant to deal with. The entire tone that was before we locked in to after was very different. Samuel, the processor was not very responsive, taking days to answer emails and he would not pick up his phone. We did not have the final amount needed for closing until 30 minutes before closing, and then after we got there it was still wrong. That entire day prior to closing all I heard was that the title company took 4 days and it’s their fault it’s taking forever to get the final number. At that point I didn’t care who held it up I just wanted to know what number I needed to go to the bank to get and didn’t appreciate the blame trying to be passed off every time I talked to him. On the day of closing no one could confirm that the wire was transferred so we plus the Realtors had to wait around for an hour for it to come through.

More attention to detail we wasn’t informed what the amount that we need the closing check made out for until at the last minute . Need more attention to all aspects of closing

Communication on what was expected versus what actually happenend was totally different and very disappointing. If I had known how things were going to go the way they did, I would have picked a different company.

It would have been nice if I didn’t have to follow up with questions I asked. I felt pushed aside once I was at the point of no return and couldn’t back out from them. As a first time buyer I felt kept in the dark.
