I feel like communication was an issue. Requesting information that was already submitted or claiming that I never sent things that I sent. The underwriting process was more stressful than it needed to be because of communication gaps.

Everything was amazing at first. Gabe gave great advice and answered all our questions. Then after the file went to the next step communication was lacking. We asked multiple questions and was given a “it’ll be fine response”. In the end it was not fine and delayed our signing process. Additionally, we did not receive what we were expecting and are still waiting on closure for that.

I’ve never received refunded funds for pest prevention. Which I paid and was charged by Stewart’s Title. Other than that thanks.

The appraisers that were hired drug their feet to submit their report which lead to closing being a month after the original date. The notary that was hired for settlement with my wife in NJ made mistakes that delayed closing further. My homeowners was nearly canceled because the checks were not sent out in a timely matter.

I was told that I would get back money on my loan. I did not get the amount that I was told or looked forward to. I probably would not have done the loan had I known that up front.

I felt at first that he was awesome, and exceptional in his customer service....then.....it severely waned as we went through the process. Examples, It was MY obligation to reach out to contact them, not them to just call me. They on multiple occasions after I requested confirmation of emails, were not forthcoming with the request. This kind of waning respect is a true sign of customer service! Kimball & Valerie Phillips.
