Once David got back to work everything went fast and he helped us all the way. But we didn't know he was leaving for back surgery and thought we might have sent our information to a scam.

At first upon contacting Marti she was friendly, accomadating , and answered questions . As time went on it was difficult to get a hold of her being a trip and of course no fault of hers, she became sick and later needed to be out for surgery. Being that said the names given to take her place while out, it was difficult to get answers from or wven locate after several attemps email/phone calls and messages. I think Marti did well it was just the process of which handing over the clients to cover was not efficient in their communication. It went back fourth one time of who I was supposed to talk to.. anyways thank you for all your help and getting me the refinance needed Marti!
