Angela does an excellent job of keeping both agents & the clients updated on the proccess. She is well versed in all aspects of lending and finds answers to questions quickly if she doesn't have them. Her personality & temperment is very calm & reassuring as she guides clients through the lending side of buying a home.

Drew did everything right from his end - unfortunately the processor, Lisa, was terminated in the midst of our final closing process and from the Sunday morning I was notified until literally the hour we closed on our home it was the worst case scenario and a home buyers worst nightmare. I would give Drew 5 stars across the board for the work he did, but the NAF experience my wife and I, the title company, and all others involved was about as bad as I can imagine it could be while still closing the loan. Tracey was absolutely horrible to work with.

This process took over two months! I'm an existing loan customer; you have all my information from my current loan. All that was needed; verify nothing has changed; paystubs, W-2 and a personal questionnaire that checks for changes, that's it. I had to send in 6 paystubs to give you current pay because the process took so long, ridiculous; 2 paystubs and 2 yrs of W-2. Kristina has to work within the system you have. Too many accountants and lawyers, a forest of papers to sign
