The underwriter and the cordinator are not profesional. I had to request to change once due to lack communication. The appraisal company is bad in every perspective.

The whole lending experience was not to my satisfaction. We did not close on time which caused a huge inconvenience in my schedule. I had to file a complaint to senior leadership, just to get heard. Often times, the loan officer and the loan processor weren't communicating which left several gaps in the process and a huge frustration for me. The closer didn't close. It often felt that no one knew what the other was doing. This is by far one of the worst lending processes I've had.

If the staff was more knowledgable about what was going on, and was able to update us and the clients with better information. It seemed like no one knew what was really going on, and would not get us connected to the right people to speak with during the transaction process when there were issues that came up.

There were many hiccups along the way , none of these were Moes fault. My disappointment was in the lack of communication. When our agent attempted to reach out to Moe about various issues she would hardly receive an adequate response or any at all. The biggest disappointment was at closing when we found out that we had to be an extra 2,000$ for a rate extension. Moe never informed us that we would have to pay to extend our rate lock. I hope in the future, we can refinance with another company.

The moment the file went to underwriting, I never heard from him again. Even when their were issues trying to be resolved, the other agent and myself both reached out and we didn't hear back from him. Outside of Sarah, who was great, I have no intentions of referring this company again. My clients went thru a very long limbo time from "maybe we are gonna close today, to no we aren't to OOPS we missed a name discrepancy, to maybe we can close, to he can sign to oh wait we don't have the CD yet, to MAYBE we can fund, to NOPE we won't fund till next week." I understand that issues arise, but it felt very all over the place with absolutely no communication from Michael.

Bad communication, too much expensive
