There was no communication with the realtor and closing company. The CD was messed up multiple times and had to be sent back. The closing date was moved without telling the buyer who had everything set up to move. Luckily the closing company was able to make it work.

Lack of communication made the transaction difficult. Interest rates not getting locked in, and having to send paperwork to multiple people.

It seems that the team is not communicating with each other well. There were a few things that took longer than needed. But overall AJ is very polite and easy to talk to.
