Big lack of communication between key contact and his team spread out all over the country. Three addendums needed to extend contract. Buyer was double charged lender closing cost after initially told they would save $$. Local lender was charging that much but would have closed on time.

Better communication throughout the process without being condescending to the buyer and agent. Worried more about being "right" rather than advising on best options for the buyer in a calm manner. Was rude at closing in regards to things said in front of the client.

Trying to get this loan through was very painful, a married couple with $300000.00 down payment, 800 credit score and 43 years with same employer should not have to experience this.

jonathan was okay it was the rest of the team that was not great. asking for the same documents over and over changing dates and never ending calls and email to me and husband and my husband's work.

The conditions could have been discussed well in advance instead of right before closing. The whole experience was not great, with the communication really lacking. Each party involved in the loan process was told different things all the way up to closing even while closing. The realtor was told paperwork was going to be sent in 30 minutes and an hour later I texted in and got told it was being worked on. It’s kind of wild that they would tell 2 people in the same room different things.

Nothing was done on my Buyers file for about 3 weeks. Seems as if work began on it the week of closing and we had to push closing out due to file not being ready.
