The number game was all over the table,even up.to the night before. We had to reschedule our original close time and even when we arrived at the title company documents were still not there. We had to wait and it was extremely overwhelming.

Loan officer was out of touch with what was going on with the loan, difficult to reach, and after initial start of process was unreliable.. the loan processor was excellent, up to date with the loan , very responsive and helpful.

Listening to the customers needs and being upfront and honest! I asked for conventional several times and was ignored until the very end when more money was mentioned. Spent all my savings to complete tasks requested by lender only to be told it wasn’t enough.

One thing that did not work well for me is the last minute work-verification. There should be some kind of warning/content at the beginning that you may contact my manager so that I do not have to catch his attention in the middle of the night.

First off, I am very happy with the loan that I received and grateful to get it. However I did not receive much information about the loan and did not know all of my options with the different kinds of loans that would have been available to me. My closing costs were not what i had expected, I could never get an answer from anyone on a hard date of when my information was needed for my closing. The communication needed to be greatly improved and put into terms the average person can understand
