Unclear communication, difficult to reach agents/brokers at times. Gave us unreliable monthly payment and down payment amounts (draft closing disclosure monthly payment and gift amounts were significantly lower than final closing disclosure monthly payment and gift amounts). Just be more responsive and be more forthcoming and accurate with expected costs.

I didn’t have much conversation with Brad so it’s hard to give a proper feedback. We only spoke twice the whole transaction. He did communicate with the client on a regular basis from what I was informed.

It seemed that in the beginning, Michael was on top of things but once the loan transitioned to Grace, who went above and beyond by the way, he seemed to be completely out of the loop or 2 steps behind in the knowledge of what was going on with the transaction. In my opinion, he did not manage some of the difficult things that occurred during our process (difficulty getting information from the seller, etc) very well. If I had been notified sooner I could have circumvented some issues as often when he did finally notify me and I did become involved, the information needed was quickly received. I have had some great experiences with NAF but I do not count this as one of them.

I really wanted to LOVE working with USA Mortgage, but I was really disappointed in the lack of communication. My realtor had to prompt the final closing disclosure as well as a few other important parts of the buying process. The financial process of buying a home was already stressful enough. With that said, when I was able to communicate with Amy, she was friendly and super knowledgeable and very experienced. We also worked with Ashley who was phenomenal.

I emailed and didn't get a response. I didn't deal with Shay so I would say I didn't really get any communication. I dealt with Rafe who continuously kept me informed.

After my appraisal was completed, it took several weeks to get documents ready to sign. The first set of documents were incorrect, and the second set of documents had to be done. I was charged for the notary 2x; escrow had the county where my house was located incorrectly after the documents were corrected. This delayed my check for my cash-out. The process took longer than I expected, stared on November 2, 2020, and everything was funded on January 7, 2021.
