We received 4 final disclosures in the last 24 hours before closing. The last one was $1895.00 higher than the previous one. Completely unacceptable. You have had these numbers for a month. How can there be this much confusion? The only varying number was our home owners insurance which your company had for 2 weeks. This was very dissatisfying. We were pushing our chairs away from the table to walk on the deal when the manager finally called back - 1 hour after this was discovered. It was the most intense hour of my life. And I am an ER nurse that worked in the city of Milwaukee!!!

Estimates were wildly off and was told there wasn't anything that could be done at closing. Hard to get a hold of during closing time with questions. Had to make title company wait at closing which seemed unprofessional.

The entire loan application was fractured. I was required to provide the same documents multiple times, despite NAF having received them. It appeared that every time a new team member was brought into the process documents just seemed to disappear. There was no organization, and communication at times with these team members was very difficult. Gloria is a very pleasant woman who I felt genuinely cared about our success in obtaining a mortgage. However, I have since learned that NAF has service fees that are considerably high than many other lenders. Unofortunately, I learned of this too late. Prior to closing, the NAF team struggled to get everything together, to the point that I was told a monetary amount to bring to closing that was well beyond what was needed to close. The day of closing, I was hit with an extra $2,100 in closing fees, and I learned that the final information was only provided to the title company in the late hours of the night before. The extra $2,100 was because Gloria failed to convert the tax rate from property without a home to property with a home for the remainder of the year. This is unacceptable and for many buyers would have resulted in a severe delay. In general, this company is fractured, lacks standards, has little organization, and made this process much more difficult than it should have been. Unfortunately, despite using NAF for two mortgages, I will not return in the future and I will strongly dissuade my friends and family from using this company.

Better communication. Most of the paperwork wasn't explained to us so we would often have to wait to fill it out, but they would be rushing us to fill it out. Not caring if I was working and unable to. They kept changing the terms of the loan up. At least twice that I can remember. The process could have been worse, but it could have been way better.

At times, I felt as if I were on my own. At one point I asked another agent if Mr. Maguire was still my agent... My case was a little different. Three days before closing the tenant refused to move so we had to put everything on hold. This really irritated Mr. Maguire with reason. However, I explained during our very first conversation the reason the selling price was about 40K less than the current market value was because we would have to wait for the tenant to vacate. Once that happened, we had to start the loan process all over again. I was ok with that. The seller gave us an extention of about a month to honor their agreement but made it very clear that they would not agree to extend further than that. During that month, I provided all documents and returned all signature requests as quickly as I could. 2 days befor the expiration of our extention I recieved a request from the Senior Processor "Jordan Flores", for a copy of our signed contract and a couple other docs. These were items that should have been included with my file before being sent to the Senior Processor. Mr. Maguire had all my documents. We tried to locate Mr. Maguire that evening with no success. Ms. Flores REALLY helped us along with the underwriters and management to move this forward in 1 days time. I then drove an hour to an available closer. I had been looking for a place for 2 years. We almost lost this property. It was so stressful I was physically sick. So again, I am so grateful for the above and beyond from Jordan Flores, the Senior Processor, and the rest of the team but I will not be reccommending John Maguire to anyone else.

Better communication and follow through. Multiple times hunter and Cynthia said they would call back or text back and we wouldn't hear from them for days without prompting them again for any kind of update or status

Communication, John was helpful and I don’t blame John, the underwriters changed there minds every other day and I had a hard time getting ahold of anyone.
