If you call or email get a response. There was times I never got hold of anyone with no response back. The hold thing took to long every week new stuff came up with no Communication with anyone Explaining why. Not very happy with the hold Experience

It would have been nice if you guys were reaching out to explain our rate options while it was unlocked. We were first time home buyers and not familiar with how this works at all. Because no one reached out to us - I had to be the one to call and got stuck with a higher rate than what we were originally quoted when we signed. We were given a free float option until the 18th, but that date was changed all of a sudden to the 3rd. If we would’ve been given until the 18th we would’ve gotten the rate we were quoted in the beginning or probably lower from the looks of it…

Traletta Washington was the agent at the subdivision and she was one of the best communicators of subdivision agents that I have ever had.

Communication was confusing at times. We would get mail from multiple individuals instead of one lead person. Often felt like they weren’t communicating with each other. Process took much longer than expected and once again, when closing time came, we were at the attorney’s office, and the documents had not been sent over and we were asked to reschedule while sitting at the office. We did close but this was unsatisfactory. We refused to wait or reschedule since the same thing happened before.

Closing date was missed and I felt not enough communication to myself or my sellers as to why. We where notified after 5pm the day before closing by the attorney that it was not closing on the initial date. It did finally close but was pushed back several times.
