I had no issues or complaints about Dan, my interactions with him were simply very limited. I worked primarily with Garry Seidel , Debbie Heiges & Claudia Forrey. All the NAF individuals I worked NAF were professional , knowledgeable, patient with my many questions and responded in a timely manner. NAF as a whole made the loan app process very easy and the clear, concise and timely communications from the entire team kept both my loan apps on track.

Communication. The process started early June and there was very little communication between myself and Steve. Most communications were communicated because I sought it out; not because it was delivered. Customer service was average.

Work with time available, work night shift time available usually early morning would call mid afternoon when informed multiple time for time available, communication on time frame when documents need to be in, would ask for important papers and need right at that moment, would send papers but no one would look through it to verify it was correct have to resend exactly the same paper and was told it correct or have to send multiple time of the same papers to finally verify it was correct, giving last min update but all in all very pleasant to talk to on the phone and would try to help get everything in order and try to understand the situation and try to explain the process

Nick and Dennis were communicative and responsive to my needs. I had a very specific time frame that the refinance had to be closed and they respected that and followed through. If asked by a friend or colleague, I would recommend Nick fir mortgage services.

It wasn't Tami that i was disappointed with. It was a member of her staff. After cost to close the file was sat on until i reached out to push for closing docs. When asked the response was we fully have any information on the closer which they did and which of they hasn't they should have been talking to lead to find .
