One of the biggest issues that I had as well as my spouse and realtor was just communication wasn't the greatest. Even if something went wrong or if they had bad news I would have liked to know instead of just wondering if something is really wrong. But on the good side she was able to get it all done less than 30 days so that's a plus as well
