Charges and fees given upon initial inquiry were changed after I agreed to move forward. I was told no fees and quoted the incorrect interest rate. Important terms changed after the credit was pulled. She did a good job overall and I don't think most were her fault but still didn't like to feel like I was told one thing and then it became another.

Communication was poor and it seemed this file was attended to at the last minute. It became delay after delay and we were concerned it was going to close at all. I feel it should have been handled with more communication. I had to get the Lender and attorney on the phone together as there was some miscommunication on what was needed to finalize the CD and final numbers for closing. Thank you for sending this survey as I always feel it is important to know where the successes and failures are to better any company, including my own.

Robin's communication with the title company about moving the closing date came in late for them and forced agents and the title company to rush to closing. The title company does title work in the order of closing dates and doesn't move up the work until the lender communicates the lending process is confirmed. I care deeply about my clients and have worked very hard to find a home they are comfortable in. When there was a mention of the closing not happening on the day Robin had told them without confirming the move up date , they were told that I didn't set the closing up correctly. Please communicate with agents clearly and speak well of them to the clients they have built a relationship with. It was memorable in the fact I learned to stick with lenders who I know and trust as much as possible Robin seems kind with good intentions I wish her well in her career.

As a first time buyer I felt that there should have been far more communication regarding specification of conditions. There were times I had asked questions, but the answers were short, unclear, and felt left hanging to figure things out on my own. Aaron Wagner was very thorough, prompt in his responses, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I appreciate every effort from everyone getting me into my first home.

I mentioned most of my feedback in a private email to Dan and Jason. At the end of the day, it was a different experience than one we had previously. One where we felt we were lost in the shuffle/process, and didn't have the guidance or confidence we had last time.
