I'm not sure who Hector Casales is. I had no interaction with him. Overall my experience with NAF was inconsistent. We got over the finish line on time but with the number of lenders available I would not recommend NAF to others.

The communication between Jeff and other parties did not meet our expectations. Deadlines were missed and closing extended because documents were not processed on time. I feel the problems could have been avoided with communication and a sense of urgency to get things done.

Nathan and his team were very nice and kind. I had a lot of questions about the loan process as a first-time home buyer and he was very patient with me. That was why I decided to work with him. However, after I decided to work with him, it became harder to reach him and there were several moments when I had to follow up on the things he promised or the numbers didn't add up correctly. Those were all fixed eventually but I had to stay vigilant about all the communications with him. I also had to fix some information after the closing as it was not done after we provided all the relevant information to his team. This was my first loan experience so I don't have anyone else to compare though.

Calls backs were horrible and take for every. I called both Ti. And Deborah multiple ti.es and still haven't heard from them. It's been two weeks and NO returned phone call. I can wait to refinance again and get away from this company and I haven't even made.my first payment

The use of the portal felt unnecessary as everything I uploaded was asked repeatedly to Be sent again. Contact with the loan officers was not always helpful. Most of my questions went unanswered. Overall the process is frustrating and you should work on better explaining the process, especially for first time homebuyers training that was required. My day of closing should’ve been told to me to be completed at the beginning of this process as it would have provided a lot more clarity, also I was never clear on where I was going for my closing and signing paperwork. My first closing date got pushed back, almost 2 weeks due to misinformation on evidence needed, and then I was also told I might not even receive the moment at all, which should not even be possible to find out on the day of this process was extremely stressful, and I did not feel supported by your organization at all, and I would not likely refer anyone in the future.
