My dealing with Robert himself was all very good. Once we got to the point where the loan was approved the "closing team" was very apoor. For reasons unbeknown to me, they repeatedly had to get payoff balances for two weeks in a row which pushed us past the expiration date on the interest rate. I had to pay an additional fee for the extention. Twice I was called to sign the closing papers and was not notified the appointments were canceled so they could get new payoff updates. Very unprofession

Robert was helpful and pleasant , and was thankful in his transition from a previous loan officer.

The process was slow at the beginning then I felt like I had to rush at the end to get all the documents on time for closing. Need to pace things in a timely manner.

Anthony made himself available to respond to and clarify questions when they arose and always provided timely follow-through. He provided thorough explanations/advisement. He is clearly competent in this field. Anthony made the process feel seamless even in times of uncertainty and that's what counts most. Thanks NAF...keep up the great work!

Overall it was good. I'm glad I did it and would have done it again. But what I didn't like was the unexpected changing of the numbers. I'm more stressed about money so when things shift by a few thousand dollars with bo no explanation it stresses me. I also was very confused on how to pay my cash to close because I never received the wiring documentation at first and had no idea when it was due. The notary person had us sign the wiring instructions when she briefly came but didn't let us keep it, so I was left without any info for awhile.

Our final number for cash to close sent from Angela via email was off by $3000 (our earnest money was double-counted), and the title company was incorrect. So we had to go to our bank twice during the close to get cashier's checks for each of the discrepancies.
