Meredith did not communicate well with me. She said at the beginning she would walk me through things step by step but did not. I advised her many times I was new to the process but found it hard to get the answers I needed. Felt that most of the time I was more of a bother than a client.

The lack of communication prior to closing was the reason for the "ok". He failed to communicate with us and our realtor. When asked when we were going to close, he said the 20th of July. Jose claimed to have tried to contact me and the wife but there's no evidence of that, all to tell us more needed to be done before we can close on the date he said we will close on. We had to put our things in storage and get a hotel because of his bad call. Things were great until the last few weeks before actually closing.

Loan closing was delayed due to late and unreasonable demands from the lender. We could have lost the house due to these problems.

Brittani is patronizing and rude at times. Needs to work on her listening skills and stop talking over her clients. Is very flippant when talking about money and is very disconnected from the reality of home buying. Unknowledgeable about company products like NAF cash.
