The Envoy mobile app is not very user friendly. We uploaded some documents to the app, others on the desktop website and also attached documents to responses in emails. It all worked out but one singular location for the sharing of documents would have been easier to manage,

I felt as if some of the backnand forward things / questions information was redundant. I felt as if I was doing most of the work. I was.continuing to be asked of information that had already been submitted. Crystal was very transparent. Easily accessible. But her team I felt was not. We felt our questions and concerns took a while to get answers back on, and once a couple of emails. Some of the changes that occurred in the contract were not expressed to us in advance and we had to figure them out for ourselves (such as solar issue). We also really did not like that the notary had to come into our home for signing as we thought it would be conducted outdoors given COVID concerns. Lastly, we did refer a family member to your services but we don't believe they ever heard back
