Earlier final underwriting process especially with a complicated account. Communication at the middle messed up our closing date and we had to scramble the last day to delay the closing 2 days. Then communication was back to ok. The other agent for the seller wasn’t happy with how this went either. Since both of the buyers are agents this was overly aggravating when we asked 2 weeks prior to closing what else was needed and we were told we turned it all in. While we understand the complex situation we were not happy that it became a cluster and we got punished and this cost us over $2k more in moving expenses to hold our items overnight due to this underwriter.

Me and my husband communicated with multiple people instead of just communicating with just 1 lender. We were initially told that we would be working with 1 person and it turned out we were reached out by the whole team. I prefer working with 1 person instead of 5!
