this was my 5th real estate ttransaction and by far the worst experience I've ever had. professionalism was laking lacking overall and the lender didn't keep m real estate agent in the loop leading to me having to field questions constantly.

Slow response times. No one knew why I was signing documents that were being asked to sign. Sending emails with questions that were not answered. My home loan STILL shows that my house was built in 1982, when it was a new construction home in 2023. i expressed over 5 times I didn't want to do escrow but 3 days before closing my paperwork still had me paying into escrow. I could go on and on.

I'm a repeat customer due to my relationship with Carlos Artis. In my industry our projects range from $1K to $1M and more. Clients receive weekly communication via phone, virtual and/or face to face meetings, in addition to email, text, etc. This allows proper expectations to be set and met. It's hard for me to understand the lack of personal communication/service during the process, when a home is the largest investment most individuals make. Streamlined, YES. Personal/Serviced, NO.

Not assuming that things would get better. The promises that were made to me in the beginning were not able to be kept making the experience in the end awful for us as a family with an awful bill.
