A little more communication and attention to detail would. The closing went relatively on time although the seller and his legal problems were solved before we were ready which I was assured we'd be ready "long" before him. This email was address to Tory. Tory is my daughter, my name is TROY, that's an example of attention to detail. I just didnt feel like the coordination of everything was there, we submitted EVERYTHING on the first application but then we were asked to provide it again and again. I think I provided several documents 3 different times. It’s frustrating when you have a very stressful job on top of going through this stressful process. There has got to be a better way.
