feel that Robert wasn't straightforward in 100% in the beginning of this loan, but by the end we got it all worked out in a professional manner

Ok is being more than generous after going through this experience. Better communication and accuracy in presenting information to a client is paramount.

I reached out multiple times via text, email, and voicemail on behalf of my husband, who is the co-borrower, as well as myself, with questions and concerns, but never received a response or call back. We had already begun the process and didn’t want to start over elsewhere, but we didn’t feel supported throughout the experience.

I was constantly being "profiled" based on my disability, job title, and means of income by Ryan and his assistant Ashley. They requested personal information of "my" pay stubs and income "more often" than my wife. Since day one, I provided Ryan and Ashley the correct information but their continuance of requests was overkill. Three months straight they asked for my social security, pay stubs, and child support as if miraculously those amounts changed but they did not! Three months in a row! Versus them asking for my wife's means of income only once! I felt discriminated upon. I was the one with the better "credit score", had less debt. At one point I had to allow Ryan to log into my "personal bank account" to PROVE to him and Ashely what my wife and I submitted to them from (G.E.C.U) was the truth. I was very annoyed. I provided proof of my Social Security, Supplemental insurance, Pay stubs, and Child Support (I receive). As previously stated. I am disabled, I work part-time, I receive Medicaid/Medicare, I won full-custody of my child. Their constant requests for "my" personal info was insulting. My wife and I were repeatedly met with emails and last minute requests, rather than having all their eggs in one basket. The Realtor Mayra who recommended Ryan to us was also very unprofessional. Clearly overpriced the house valued at 117,000 to 145,000. Overall I do not appreciate the way they handled our business. I felt their practice was very discriminatory.

Took over 5 months to get this approved. We where asked several stone to resend documents we had already sent. The delays with everyone havi g to have several diferent approvals. Never meeting with any one face to face. And also Fred specifically told me he would meet us at the closi g to go over draws and any other questions we had. He never showed up and never called to say he would make it

Know your roles and execute. Don’t make promises that you can't fulfill.
