Michelle Satek appeared to be my main interface at Mann and she absolutely refused to answer questions, return my calls, or speak to me in any way. The only interaction I had with Ms. Satek throughout the entire transaction was through email. I've never met the woman and have no idea why she chose to inhibit communication this way, but I wouldn't want to refer anyone else who might have the same experience. During the transaction, I explored changing companies solely because of her.

Personally I dealt with Mike Yutzy and he proved to be a very valuable asset. I enjoyed working with Mike he was very personable, Helpful and forthcoming regarding all my questions. I never spoke with Salvatore other than some of his emails prompting me to sign documents online

It's hard to be fair. Not everything was under your control. time was an issue. again not under your control, but there were documents that were incorrect and confusing
