The process with Cynthia was great until the end. I had specifically told her up front at the start of the loan process that we planned to pay off our mortgage once we sold and closed on the sale of our existing home. This was no surprise to her. At the closing of our new property she brought up the topic and stated that she would be penalized by doing so and then followed up with an email thereafter asking us to pay a minimum percentage so that her employees do not suffer the financial burden of us paying off the loan. This is at a cost of $500 to us that we should not have to incur. I feel that it was unprofessional to have put us in this position when communication was up front from the beginning of this process with our intentions to pay off the loan asap. I do not feel that we should have to be financially penalized for something that she knew about from the beginning. Up until this point the process was straight forward and not problematic but the end left me with a bad taste.

Not loosing my contract on the 1st go around might have led to a better servay. Was promised a $300 gift card for my troubles. And when we were asked to provide info, we sent it immediately and took 2 to 3 weeks to get a reply. Communication on the end of this loan was absolutely nerve-wracking
