I like Brad on a personal level, but I felt his customer service was lacking at times. I often had to be the one to reach out and pull information out of him. As a first time home buyer, it's very possible I needed more "hand holding" than most. Still, it would have been nice to have clear explanations throughout the process...more of a road map on what to expect.

Eric seems nice enough but I was repeatedly asked for documents that had been sent already. That is a bit disturbing that stuff is falling through the cracks when you're putting your life savings into a purchase. I was even told that they were waiting on a bank statement at close that never had been requested. Neither a bad nor good experience mor than getting the house which should have been able to do with most any bank.

Communication must improve , when the deal is done we should feel good about the deal . Your staff must remain professional at all times EVEN WHEN THE BUYER IS VENTING THIER FRUSTRATIONS about the overall experience .

I delt with so many different people everyone assumed someone else had done things. I was in the dark several times and given confusing information several times. Lastly no one went over the final numbers with me prior to signing the final documents. I was able to figure it out on my own so it's not a totally damning issue but it does turn me off on his office.
