I was told everything was set up and good to go. Then I got hit with more papers than I care to think about to sign. The final straw was being shuffled off to another agent that didn't seem to know anything about my loan

thank you, overall the experience was good, I do want to explain why I did not give an excellent ratin. Durin our refi process we asked if we would have to pay for a credit report , and the answer was "No", we also asked and requested to pay our closing cost out of pocke- that was never followed up on. it seemed as if once the process was close to being finalized our wishes and expectactions were not met. I also requested from Mr. Suliman and Mrs. Murphy , a copy of our title report , but never heard back. I finally had to call in to request that from Alberto Barajas. Thank you. i hope this helps provide some feedback on how future customers should be treated. I do want to say that Abby Sulliman was respectful and professional while he was getting our business.
