The process seemed unorganized and delayed. The delays would have been understandable if we had been kept updated along the process. Dan is a very helpful person, but the overall process of our loan was a headache.

The whole process took a long time. I ended up not working with Chris very much and that became confusing. Too many people I didn't know contacting me and asking for stuff. Then rates changed from what we agreed too without explanation. I had to contact Chris, who I like, but seemed not involved anymore to get the details.

I feel pressured to take this survey, which I did not want to as the experience was not memorable. I was taught that if I do not have anything nice to say, to not say anything at all. Now I feel very awkward as I have a huge loan through this company, and may be dealing with them for many years to come and I was not able to honestly give a higher rating.........great.......... I plan on making my monthly payment, please do not pressure me to participate in more surveys..........................

For the most part it was the lack of communication between the team when requesting information. My agent and I would receive conflicting updates between three individuals who were the lender, assistant to the lender, and the loan processor. For example, the Assistant emailed my agent saying we had CTC while the Loan Processor requested CTC from the Underwriter the next day. The process is already aggrevating but no communication between everyone made it extremely frustrating for us.
