At the beginning of the process I let him know I had only saved about $2100. Although, in the end, he made it happen, I don't think he took into account how much I would have for a downpayment. Especially towards the end, when the downpayment kept changing, I think there could have been better communication about what was expected.

To be honest, Stephen was actually fairly good. The title company sucked and really slowed things down and he mentioned system issues causing the delay of various quotes.

I think a bit more coaching of what the steps to buying a home entail. As a first time buyer and I felt like there needed to be more explanation of the ups and downs of financing or funding a home loan. I loved Mike’s personal touch at the end with the homemade bread! That was thoughtful and appreciated!
