Everything went smoothly. My concern was most of the process was impersonal and a flurry of paperwork, signing online, etc. without personal updates. It would have been nice to have a few check-in calls to review what was happening. The calls I had were initiated by me. Also I had to sign some docs the last day with (alas!) another portal called Snapdoc, then got charged $45 in the closing charges for doing that.
