The process was fine. I just believe your IRS approval process for tax forms needs to be improved. I believe we had to settle for a refinance that we didn't need becasue of the approval process but over all the level of service from Nicholas and Jacqueline were great. Thank you.

I think it was just how far away from Pearland we are. It was difficult to keep communication clear. There were also some things that made closing drag a bit. I know there were a lot of issues on the seller’s end, so maybe this is unfair to include.
