In my humble opinion, Lacey Jones, should have been your blueprint of what you want a loan officer to be. We would have never even considered you if not for Lacey Jones. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She answered questions asked and was also able to break it down on several different levels. After she left I feel the requirement to replicate paper work that had already been done was a bit daunting. However we did reach our intended goal and for that we are eternally grateful.

Being open and hornest, better communication and I feel like I was being lied to through the whole process. And then at the last minute all the changes and no communication. Just wasn’t pleased at all.

The level of professionalism started out great but as time progressed that level dropped drastically. There is a lack of communication within the department and that flows down to the lack of communication to clients. Purchasing a house is a huge deal and not to be taken lightly. Information was not given upfront which cause unnecessary delay and headache later on.

I was sent to Joe by a friend in GA. that works for NAF who is top notch. Joe seems nice enough but there were several delay,mistakes and delays. Communication could have been better. I will recommend NAF but probable wok with a different agent. Was a frustrating experience closings got moved etc. My friend at NAF could not do my loan because we are in Indiana Charles

Communication could have been better, particularly from the processing staff. Also, there were more than a couple of errors on the final docs, none really significant but they were errors.
