The loan officer that we worked with was very friendly and personable. I feel like the loan officer worked hard to help us close on our home. I feel like there was a slight lack of communication with the mortgage company regarding the information that we needed to provide.

The experience was very smooth and Matt was willing to be patient and very open with the information as I made my decisions on the terms of the loan. One thing that did get messed up was explaining the urban of shooting the disclosures in order to close on a specific date, but he was very apologetic for not emphasizing the urgency.
