Some of the questions I had along the way were never really answered and it felt like many of my emails weren't even being read. Also, all correspondence to my wife was sent to an incorrect email address that was never fixed despite multiple attempts from us.

I was very disappointed in the lack of clear communication. The majority of the communication that I received were requests for me to immediately provide information, but after I responded I only received a rare automated message giving me the vague status of my loan. I was required to e-sign 2 times incorrect copies of my closing statement to verify that it was provided to me prior to closing but did not actually see a correct final copy until I was sitting at the closing table.

We received a lot of information at the beginning. Towards the end, we had to keep checking in on our loan and close date. We were told the date of close the day before we actually closed. They lost some of our paperwork and had to redo them. That was a little frustrating. The company has great rates but you will need to be on top of things. If you do that, you will be fine.

I found it difficult during this process due to COVID-19 and signing electronically. However The help i have received when i called in and asked questions was very good. I do not like the fact that i found some things wrong on disclosures a few times because they have been changed and not checked thoroughly before being sent out.

I appreciated that the loan process moved relatively smoothly, but I would have liked to have been more informed about what was going on, even in steps that didn't require my direct involvement. Also, it would have been nice to know the time of closing before the day before, and even better if I was involved in scheduling it.
