As first time homebuyers, we would have appreciated more communication about deadlines and more information on what we need to do personally to be finally approved by the underwriter. It seemed there was one sudden obstacle after the next which we would have liked to have known was coming to avoid unplanned expenses that effect our family finances greatly. We didn’t know how much money we needed at closing until 10 minutes before the appointment, which wasn’t told to us until we reached out.

Tom was presented with a difficult transaction as far as I could see. I think he took care of the loan as best he could. It would have been nice to have a little more communication. I had a few emails that were never responded to. Would still work with Tom, just looking for more communication.

Had to delay closing due to documents not being on time. Very frustrating to have to do this at the last minute. Gregory said he had no power over that part. Felt he should have known more about the status of the transaction and warned us sooner if you were not going to be ready on time.

don't ask me for things i already sent or gave, don't have me scrambling on closing day to get things you should already have, don't give me a closing day, let me set up movers, have wife take day off work, then tell me its not going to happen,

The whole process was ok. Communication it's very important to me, it seemed not everyone was on the same page. Quite a few texts and messages from my buyer and me were unanswered. I'm thankful it closed, but I was not impressed.

The communication was poor. The lender failed to explain to my client how a lender’s credit was going to be applied. Denice Herrera was great though.
