Communication was lacking through the whole process. The only day Ms. Rios was available other than email, by phone was the first day we started an application and the day of closing when things were falling apart. It took one month for a grant request to be addressed, and a phone request to help better understand paper work was never made. With all of that said, Ms. Rios was still pleasant via e-mail, I just think improvement can be made in communication and tailoring to the clients needs.

While I appreciate working with Pam and her service unfortunately I got lost through the cracks in underwriting and it was an absolute nightmare. While I understand that is not directly her fault, indirectly there should have been follow up. It seems like once I asked if we were still closing next week things went into play. While the loan was closed and I am appreciate i wish i stuck with my original lender and in the end I don’t feel like i saved. I feel like it cost me more money in fees etc

It seemed like things were rushed which resulted in the a few setbacks and more money out of our pockets. I would suggest creating a checklist so that nothing is missed!

Better communication or the lack there of. I was the one who had to constantly be chasing for status updates. The worst occurred at signing during out first drafted loan, where I as made aware by the NOTERY, not Celina Foo or Karen Rooney, that there would be a Cash to Close of $1,359.89 that was never disclosed to me beforehand. As a result, loan had to be redrafted. First time refinancing and I can honestly say, I was expecting a different experience. End result was good. Thank you.

Transaction took to long> Not enough staff to support the high volume of requests. To many requests for information from the Customer- 1 time 1 request would have been great ; not same form over and over Very insulting remark- Tell me congratulations your loan has been approved 140 days into the transaction with a Very high credit score and 49% loan to value and you tell me am approved the day before we closed. Very poor remark. I knew I was approved the second I sent my application.

I feel communication broke down after the rate was locked. Updates on process in the final 5-6 weeks before closing were largely absent, and had to be initiated by me through email. I was also very disappointed in being led to believe my refi would be processed through an accelerated process due to my credit score and credit risk only to have the process take close to 8 weeks. This represents my third time refinancing a mortgage and I have never had a prior refinancing take a fraction of this

I actually enjoyed working with everyone however working with Sean was a bit difficult. His attitude and the way he communicates what is needed is not what I would have expected from this company. I found Sean to come across a bit annoyed if you asked questions or had trouble understanding what was needed. Like I said I have always enjoyed working with your company and everyone else.....Sean was a bit difficult !
