While the approval process through closing was fast and easy with great contact to keep all parties updated, I don't feel we got the best rate available and the reasoning didn't make sense.

Dalton did evreything he could to make the experience as good as it could be. But lots were held up by many in the process and I could tell Dalton was trying to help his staff look ok, but it got to a point where there was no hiding that appriasers were messing up, processing was messing up, underwriting wouldn't give him answers or give him any information to allow me to acquire paperwork required earlier than the 11th hour every time. I appreciate Dalton for how he hung with us and got it through the end. Without any proof that the situation would be better for others, I wouldn't recommend NAF to others. Dalton assures me the process has improved just from our experience, but still, I wish it had gone smoother. Especially since I would provide all paperwork required right away, so the down time was never with me. All in all, we got there and I appreciate Dalton.
