Marti played a minor part although she was very responsive. Poor communication once my loan went to the processors. I was asked for the same information multiple times over a three week period, once because this person got my information mixed up with another open file. The closing felt like smoke and mirrors because it was my realtor that was doing the communicating. I was notified via text from my Notary closing would be delayed as the paper work wasn't complete.

Communication is a key in a transaction. Jane relied heavily on her staff and was not abreath on the entire transaction. There were very important details missed and not caught until 2 weeks before closing. This is something that needs to be fine tuned. She was pleasant on each call when she was engaged and problem were eventually solved. Client was served!

The timing of closing took way too long. The communication was poor and I had to follow-up several times on the status. Loan closing documents were not accurate and had to be re-done. I referred a friend to Diana in December when we were still pleased with the process and they did not get a call back and went with another lender. We were very close to pulling out of loan due to the customer service. We did finally close, but it was a painful process due to the lack of communication.

Unfortunately the loan was not originated correctly (no escrow account requested) which created the documents to be incorrect & after 3 times of document revision, it was escalated to customer service (who didn't answer the customer service email sent) & after a live customer service person answered it was escalated to the document generator manager who was able to correct the documents and subsequently scheduled the notary to sign the documents. voicemails full, no back up when out of office

The process was pushy, little communication on next steps, firm timelines or what should be expected. My loan process took 4 MONTHS-ridiculous and unneccesary. They required me to resubmit most of my documents becuase NAF took so long the original documents were no longer valid. Poor communciation, poor organization, and could not deliver on any self-imposed deadlines. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. 0/5 STARS.
