Results and service are the hallmarks of the mortgage industry...at every level, but usually shepherded by an excellent loan officer. Loan processing was excellent, as previously experienced with NAF. The primary reason for the placement of this loan at NAF was the loan officer, and her removal left a substantial vacuum, but gratefully, this loan closed with just a few glitches.

My clients loan sat for almost 2 weeks ready to go, the client had requested an earlier closing. Theresa said it wasn't assigned to processor yet, but wouldn't follow up to get it assigned and assist in getting the loan closed earlier for the client. Every time we asked we got the same answer, it hasn't been assigned yet, why wouldn't she follow up further and get it assigned. We were finally assigned a processor on the day the CD needed to go out, which didn't go out until after 5pm.

The amount I needed to pay for my down payment was different on three different documents. The document I received and paid account dinghy had one rate. The mobile notary had two separate rates. Then, they were chasing me down for $10.20 that they forgot to have me sign. The whole thing felt very disorganized.
