I did not say it wasn't memorable...it was alot to understand and I'm quite sure everyone did their best to help me understand so thank you all for your patience and Im not giving you guys 2.5 percent ....I'm giving you guys an 8 for the help and the know I learned from everyone...but to me to know everything up front thats required would help a person like me make a better decision for their self on how to continue in the process but thanks to Ms.Brown her knowledge and patience with me helped ALOT...you guys were good and helpful over all so thank you Ms.Brown gets a 9 1/2....everyone else an 8.....5hank you guys for all your help and I do wish the company great success for the future...Peace. Delayed closing due to docs not being prepared in a timely manner on a transaction that was clear to close well before the closing date. Somebody just dropped the ball. When docs did show up the HUD1 was incorrect. It was verified that the lender had received all of the correct docs, but again, dropped the ball. This mistake cost my client money and time. I cannot recommend this company to my clients in the future.

I feel like i was working with young inexperienced people that just finished training. I provided information that was not used and was contacted multiple times asking for the information I had already provided and had explained that an employer used a 3rd party payroll company and they were contacting the wrong comp for employment verification which significantly delayed closing. This is the second loan ive I've used your company for and I had similar issues with the first one as well
