Lack of communication, long and drawn out process.Once with my loan processor the not so great experience heightened. Her number would not ring on my phone. She never asked me for an alternate phone number like my work number or maybe her trying to call on a different line. Her communication to me was only by email and If I would call her. I fervently had to check emails in case I had to submit required documents because time was a factor. Im glad its over but not a good memorable experience.

Initially response was great. Once I decided to refinance and sent my paperwork in, communication became much less and took days to get answers. The whole refinance took a lot longer than the first time I refinanced with new american. The whole thing was very frustrating. I don't know if was George or Mai but there was alot of miss communication. Im only allowed 500 characters otherwise I would write more.

Juan was very responsive initially to our questions and calls, however, there were multiple errors throughout the loan process we had to catch ourselves and ask to get them fixed which did not always happen promptly. Not only that but our agent herself had sent documents to him as well to addend the seller credits and this was not addressed either, almost delaying our actual closing.

He really didn't know that much about the va refinance program.i found out from other companies that I talked to, but when I brought to him , he proceeded to say that I was wrong with the information. We got into several time over the phone, I actually hung up on him. Your company need to train your people better over all especially the managers.

My experience was not very pleasant but it wasn't because they weren't kind. Daniel would try and reassure me that things could be handled. The problem I have is that know one knew what they were doing. I had lawyers involved and it costs me $300.00 an hour and my lawyer had to get involved way too many times to tell people how to do their job. My bill is going to be astronomical. I was very clear of my situation from the beginning and I should have been given to someone who had more experience.
