Although my questions were answered, I felt the communication was lacking. I know the team does this day in and day out and they may think certain things are obvious but this was my first mortgage and was uncertain of the process. Everyone was very nice and reacted when I asked but I feel they (underwriting especially) could have been more transparent with information.

a was fup until closing. There were multiple checks that were issued to be sent to us to pay off our lenders, but we weren't given a tracking number and information on how the checks were to be delivered. The loan was funded on Friday and we still have not received the checks or communication on tracking numbers and that's very unsettling for us since we have loans outstanding that are crewing interest, and now a new loan with you occurring interest

Well lack of communication regarding how pay out will take. How you would receive checks by federal express or mail system. The payout to loan how or went it will be given to bank for closing account. Lack of someone to tell who,what. The package of checks which is large amount how it will be send. We waited days to decline and then pay out day and then two days after that still waiting when. We text everyone asking just a time due regarding the checks to pay off accounts they are made out. So we still waiting. He was helpful explaining the loan but you need to also explain regarding when the time you receive the payout. Just concern that envelope gets in wrong hand during tran action.
