Well my name was an issue and the portal messed up then we had to have 2 other people send stuff on behalf of Lisa which wasn't a big deal but it was when I needed things. There was just some lag at the end of the process is realy the only issue I had.

Don't get me wrong, this was my first home buying experience, so I may have a skewed view, but the delays with no level of communication on why or what was missing was unbelievable. I also found out after the fact that Kimberly had messed up multiple elements of our loan application for processing, so the only reason we even closed when we did was because I escalated to higher management & started to act like a tyrant to get what I needed, which was to close the day before Thanksgiving, considering my original closing was supposed to be November 12th. I can only speak to the actual process prior to closing, but now I'm weary about how my continued experience will go with NAF due to the initial impressions I've received through the approval process. Fingers crossed the rest of my experience is substantially better moving forward.

I felt as if some of the backnand forward things / questions information was redundant. I felt as if I was doing most of the work. I was.continuing to be asked of information that had already been submitted. Crystal was very transparent. Easily accessible. But her team I felt was not. FAIRWAY OVERALL GRANTED ME THE BEST LOAN AMOUNT. THAT IS APPRECIATED
