When it came to closing day and the week before I was not happy and very stressed trying to get the exact amount to close. From my understanding the final closing disclosures are supposed to be provided 3 days before closing so I can review them and understand them. From my understanding that is a law. I didn't receive my closing disclosures until 4 minutes before my closing appointment at the title office. I didn't get all the documents we needed to close until 30 minutes after I was supposed to start closing at the title company. Everything was great before that except communication with Brian was slow for the most part. The horrible finish made me wonder if I was actually going to get my home and because of that the rating is low.

moving along so quickly was great, but I seemingly had to go get more financials last minute which I feel is something that I was already preapproved on my loan documentation was complete and then last minute they ask me for more of this. Bill was asking questions about how far away I was from the Home which I didn't quite understand as I answered that viaLetter explaining everything that I was a number away from it. Then having to give years of backdated W-2s was just unfathomable in so last minute it was a pain in my side. Megan was due diligence and asked for everything, but it seemed underwriting and whomever didn't have a plan together and drop the ball
