Would have liked to know that my interest rate was not locked in until later when it had increased by 0.2%. Other than that everything else was fine. I actually talked to Lynn’s assistant Lisa more than anyone else. Lisa even attended my closing. Super happy with Lisa.

I think Jason could've been more involved later in the process. After we were commited, he was hardly available. He said we'd adjust the numbers for the cash we wanted to bring and he'd do more to reduce the fees, that never happened. We were told we'd close the first week in December, saving us 1 mortgage payment. At Jason's direction, we did not pay the December payment. There were significant delays, so I had to scramble at the last minute to make a late payment on my mortgage. We didn't close until the end of December, which was disappointing.

The loan process took much longer than originally promised . I started the process on November 1st, with the expectation set by the loan officer that once the loan was processed it would take 2-3 weeks. It took almost 6 weeks. Has this been clear from the beginning it would've been a better experience. All communication was handled professionally and reasonably fast.
