We had reached out to Tony numerous times but we never received any call backs. We were only notified of additional client needs at the very last minute a couple hours before closing. We had requested the docs a couple/few times prior to closing but never got them. We ended up having to delay the closing a day. In fairness, we had some other unrelated issues that helped delay closing too . When I finally did speak to Tony he as very friendly but the lack of communication was tough. Sorry.

The lending process had moved along smoothly until it came down to closing with the Title company. The night before I was set to close I was called by Tony saying there was a hiccup.. too many credits (already negotiated) from the seller and bc I went FHA there was a set amount I had to pay for the down payment and I was over by $1400. I was told that I could close the following day (lose out on $) or wait until docs were redone within 3-4 business days but I'd have to negotiate with seller drop

Following up calls and feedback could have been a bit better. My OK experience was mainly due to the closing process and the team responsible. All things considered, it could have been a smoother process.

Loan processing took way too long. I received an email saying “about a week”, and then didn’t hear anything for over a month. Then I reached out and pushed to close the process in the last two weeks of the month.

From initial contact to funding the loan time length was 3 months. I thought it took much much longer than it should to process the refinance.

Diana was great when we spoke on the phone, but I felt like I had to initiate those phone conversations because email communication was not always as quick as I would have liked (within 1-2 business days). The entire refinance process also took 4 months, which was much longer than expected. Since the process was delayed/slower than expected, it would have been nice to have some additional communication on next steps and timeline. Thank you for your help Diana, we did close on a successful refi.
