Mostly an easy process. There were a couple things (like receiving documents to sign that were not necessary and being asked to back date some docs in order to close on time). But overall, a good experience.

You made it happen even earlier than the planned closing date. You were flexible and had a can do attitude. Your staff was very courteous. While there were a few errors (e.g. wrong appraisal fees charged and a few of the same requests from different people), we felt that the overall experience met our needs. There were what appeared to to be some internal communication issues. However, we were able to work through those issues and was able to find a positive result. Expectations were clear from both sides. All I will add is that as the consumer you should stay on top of the expectation and reach out to you loan officer so there are no misunderstandings and you are clear of what to expect as you move through the process. Michael was good at being clear of what comes next in the process.
