Michael provide excellent service and explanation of every step along the mortgage loan process. There were some bumps along the way, however, Michael was able to guide me through those and assure me that we would get through the process and close within the 30-day timeline.

Andrew did a lot to get this loan done. When it got to Nolen, he dropped the ball. We missed our closing date by 1 day. He will say that our closing date was on 12.30.16 but the reality was from day 1 we said our closing date was 12.23.16. Andrew did everything he could to get us there. Nolen dropped the ball by not sending out the paperwork to the title company so that we could close on the 23rd. Andrew did a great job.
