I really enjoyed working with Zo, but there was a number of miscommunications between us and his team- I do no think it was his fault and he was always speedy and willing to rectify, but we had a number of problems with this refi compared to when we originally financed. I did enjoy Zo and he is kind, but there seems to be a disconnect with his team.

Lack of communication between your employees. We would be told one thing by Robin and another from Jason. And neither knew what the underwriter needed. The loan closed late due to lack of preparation. We had to supply the same documents multiple times and had to sign and resign disclosures. The loan papers weren’t ready for the notary so that had to be rescheduled at the last minute and would have been charged to me if I didn’t speak up. The loan docs we did sign are incomplete

You could give me an accurate closing statement. Initially it was 0$ at closing then went to $600, then to $1200, then to $1500 and on the day of closing it was $1900. Communication on these changes and why they occurred was terrible. So bad in fact, I was within minutes of canceling the whole thing. To learn at closing the numbers change so drastically is incredibly unprofessional and off-putting.

I think Shevell was real good. But the time difference between time zones were mostly the problem.

There was a lack of proactive communication and follow up. Neil had a "not my job" attitude and we did not close on time.

Not losing out on $2400 at closing. The upfront process was great. The follow up throughout the process was great as well. Unfortunately at the end of the transaction certain things held up closing that we’re out of my control and top everything I lose out on $2400. Just ending a life change event on a bad note is not a good thing. Wish things would have been looked at a little more closer than they were.
